These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of outreachlinks.org (the “Website”) and the link building, outreach and related services (the “Services”) provided by Outreach Links (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or ordering the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
1. Our Services
We provide link building and outreach services, which may include content creation, outreach to third-party websites and requests for guest posts or backlinks. The exact scope, quantity, price and timeline of each project are set out in the quote, invoice or order confirmation we send you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
3. Orders and Payment
- An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or begin work.
- Prices are shown in the currency stated on your quote or invoice and do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Payment is due as stated on the invoice, before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
- We may pause work on overdue invoices.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Search engine rankings, traffic and other outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and the quality of your website. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, domain metric, revenue or result. Our Services are intended to support your SEO efforts, not to guarantee outcomes.
5. Third-Party Websites and Links
Placements are made on websites owned by third parties. We do not control those sites. A publisher may edit, move, add a “nofollow” or “sponsored” attribute to, or remove content or links at its own discretion. Where a link is removed or changed within 30 days of delivery for reasons within our control, we will replace it or offer a fair remedy as set out in section 9 (Refunds and Cancellations). We cannot guarantee that a link will remain live permanently.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, approvals and materials on time. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
- Make sure your website, products, services and any content or claims you give us are lawful, accurate and do not infringe anyone’s rights.
- Comply with search engine guidelines and applicable laws, including advertising and disclosure rules, for the way you use the Services.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Website or Services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including promoting illegal products or services, hate speech, malware, fraud, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaches these Terms or is inappropriate for us or our publishing partners.
8. Delivery Timelines
Any timelines we give are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery depends on factors such as publisher response times and your approvals.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to be happy with our work. Our refund and cancellation rules are:
- Before work starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund.
- After work has started: payments are non-refundable for work already completed, including content written, outreach done and links placed. We may refund or credit the part of the order that has not yet been started.
- Undelivered work: if we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will either redo the work or refund the undelivered portion.
- Removed or changed links: if a link is removed or changed within 30 days of delivery for reasons within our control, we will replace it or offer a fair remedy.
- How to raise an issue: contact us within 30 days of delivery at irfan@outreachlinks.org with your order details.
Refunds, where approved, are paid to the original payment method. Rankings, traffic or other results are not grounds for a refund (see section 4).
10. Intellectual Property
The Website, its design and our own materials belong to us or our licensors. Once you have paid in full, you receive the right to use the content we create specifically for you, subject to any rights of the publisher where it is published. You confirm that materials you give us are yours to use, and you give us permission to use them to deliver the Services. We may describe our work in general terms in case studies without disclosing your confidential information, unless you ask us not to.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, traffic or rankings, arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your website, your content or materials, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Website or Services at any time if you breach these Terms or we believe your use creates legal or reputational risk. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to section 9 and any amounts already due.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory rights to a different forum.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Orders already placed remain subject to the Terms in force when they were accepted.
18. General
These Terms, together with your order confirmation and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
